We also were locked out of the property the first night we arrived and had to call the night person who showed up promptly but it was early in the night 9pm. "The staff was the best part of my stay!! This is a rinky dink party motel/resort I stayed in a king exterior room on the first floor. The place was hard to find, you have to go down the alley way where you see grand islander n Level 2 bar. This is definitely meant for party goers and young people... the music starts at 9am Saturday and Sunday. The bed was hard af!!! Didn't enjoy the bed and again the is a low grade resort, so don't expect much more then a place to sleep and smoke if you're a...

"It is basically what you pay for. Not updated, but clean and "basic". We felt safe. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was standard but enough of what we liked. We had an issue with the t.v. not working and the door sticking, but weren't there long enough to put in the effort to get it resolved. Very convenient to Cedar Point."

"For the price you pay, it is simply not a high end lodging experience. It is convenient to the park, but other than that fact, it is an unremarkable hotel. You stand in lines for everything, no coffee makers in the rooms, and the place seemed dated. Definitely understaffed. Feels like Six Flags is trying to recoup the merger expenses on the backs of guests and employees."
