"This property was off the beaten path. Showed some Bay pics but upon arrival. Had to drive to get to any views. However, the customer service was top notch and the place was clean and perfect if you’re surrounded by chaos on a regular basis. Perfect way to reset. Runs like a Bed and Breakfast never saw staff. However, staff was readily available and on point. Wasn’t what I wanted when I came here BUT was what I needed. "

"I’m quite happy that I stayed at the Cedar Motel. The place is charming, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. I was able to lay in my bed and look out the window across the bay and it was so peaceful sitting and drinking my morning tea on the front bench, looking out across the water. Great place for peace and quiet. If I come back to this area, most definitely will stay here again."

"Weekend trip with friends, had unit 6&5 that was connected by the private balcony. Weather was beautiful and after visiting a nearby winery for a tasting and lunch we walked around downtown!!! Did some axe throwing and bar hoping!!! Only complaint is shower water pressure. "

"Very nice staff"

"All the staff was amazing, It was clean, showers hot, AC cold, pool was very clean and warm. It was only 7 minutes from cedar point which was perfect. While at CP it started raining and rides shut down. Went back to the hotel and chilled for 2hours then back to CP. it was so convenient. Right across the street was an amazing bowling alley, arcade, lazed tag, sports bar and food. The staff was beyond welcoming. This is where we will stay from now on. Another perk was the fresh popcorn and cookies...

"My boyfriend and I decided to go on an impromptu trip to Cedar Point, and wanted a cheap place to stay. Avalon Inn is really good for the price and was just what we needed. It's only a couple miles from the park, which is really nice as well. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a cheap place to stay while visiting Cedar Point."

"This was my third time staying here and it's been great each time. Friendly staff, very clean. Comfortable beds, cold air conditioning. The fridge and microwave worked fine. It's kind of off the beaten path a little bit which is one of my favorite things about it. Very quiet and peaceful location."
