"The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!"

"Lovely pub with friendly staff and great service. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great shower and comfortable bed. We ate there in the evening, best fish pie I’ve ever had and great choices. Breakfast was good, choice of cereals, yoghurt etc and plenty of fresh fruit. Choice of cooked to order hot dishes. We felt our stay was great value and would stay again. "

"Fantastic property and hosts. Breakfast, facilities and location are great. Linda and Steve made us very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at Torwood House. Just beware that there is no off street parking at this property and we were unfortunate to be there on the weekend of the food festival that made street parking difficult. Thank you Linda and Steve for a wonderful stay."

"One night stay for a flying visit. Rooms are quite tired but perfectly functional. Bar was really nice and they were showing the football. Really nice atmosphere in there, lots of holiday makers and food looked good. Breakfast was awesome. Didn't need to eat the rest of the day! A two minute walk to the station."

"The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great and very clean. The views were lovely and the pool looked great although the weather was not conducive to swimming. "Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "
