"Everything was fine other then my last night when some very rude individuals checked in a very large family who had multiple rooms on my floor. Around midnight the children were screaming running up and down the hall way being very loud. I texted the front office twice with no response the family and children continued coming in and out of the room and running being loud and slamming doors so I had to yell at them and they finally quieted down around 130AM. "The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."

"The staff were very nice and there were always staff cleaning the elevators and the floors. However, invest in facilities management. The rooms could be so much better. They’re clean but run down. Paint pealing in the windowsill, cracked tiles in the bathroom, fan vents that don’t work making all the condensation trap into the bathroom after a shower, and rugs that are stained.
