"Quiet and clean, with the nicest staff at the front desk. The room had good space, with a desk, a comfy couch and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in with a small fee, I really appreciated having that option. It’s in Chinatown and there is good food within walking distance. Would stay here again!"

"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."

"I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean and I had no issues with the water or ac. I didn't visit the pool so I can't comment on it. The breakfast is very limited: mainly bread and cereal. But it's free parking as well. I would stay here again."

"The Smell of the room still in my nose and I got a headache because of it the both room handwashing sink drain clogged as noon as when we got there so we can’t wash hands or wash our face the bed is very uncomfortable, I don’t suggest any one to stay there"

"The ice maker was broken. One of the elevators is broken, slow elevator that us working. Nice dog park in back. Not the best breakfast. One rude staff member. Took my dog outside and upon coming back in to get coffee in the lobby and go back to my room. The staff at the desk flipped out about it. Hilton charges 75$ to have a pet, yet staff is rude about getting a coffee with a pet."

"the room smelled, the sick in register was leaking anytime you turned it on, I told the person at front desk, and they was very unconcerned. There was no instructions for the waffle maker, and the creamer for coffee was out, and they lady acted as if I was bothering her to get more"
