"Dont reserve here at this hotel and really need it. This hotel is unaccountable and unreliable. Reviews also point to a alleged possible roach issue. I had to call to get my refund after being unaccommodated because they chose to extend the previous guest stay rather than honor a 2.5 week reserved and paid room. Called me 30 minutes after check-in while I was working, to tell me they are booked and cant help. No apologies, no recommendations, no offer of a lesser valued room, no accommodation for inconvenience. Just poor service to the umpteenth degree. Really horrible customer service and hospitality as well! "

"Well let’s start with the pictures are not this hotel. There is no green Fruniture down stairs. Definitely a older hotel.. Elevator is suspicious. Room didn’t look like the pics either and had a carpet clean smell but didn’t exactly look clean. But the bed was comfortable no lie. Also something is going on with the phones. My phone rang all night and no one was ever on the other line when I grabbed it. I ended up disconnecting the phone for the duration of our stay. I noticed a man tell the front desk the Sam thing. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful, breakfast was free I really jus go for the waffles which never disappoint. "
