"I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. "Staff members were very hospitable, Alaysia was wonderful. Linens were clean, breakfast area was kept clean and neat. Only complaint we had was the bathroom, the tub fixtures were not in great condition and the water to the toilet ran on and off most of the night. Otherwise seamless hotel stay. "

"The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast."

"When you walk in the scent is really bad. This hotel is pet friendly but the order should be under control where pet owners dogs should be bathed before bringing them. You can't eat breakfast with it smells. My guest had to buy air freshener to spray hallway and room. My guest needed to rest. Sheets were pulled off bed and purchased their own from Walmart on hwy 153. Overall, I will not put my guest there to stay. Not a lot of parking space. "We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled .
