"Great place other than understanding of accessibility rooms. Booked a specific type of room with bathroom bars for my spouse who has limited mobility due to Parkinson's. Online pictures were what was used to pick a room and a hotel. At check in we were told they had put us in a regular room. Staff at check in apparently did not have training on disability needs. Did attempt to get us in an accessible room but no bars by toilet and only one vertical one at tub. We just had to try hard to...

"Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night."

"Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with good breakfast a block away from the riverfront park. The room even had kitchen appliances and a separate seating area from the bedrooms. The shuttle to the downtown is right across the street."

"When we first got there we honestly enjoyed what we saw we came for the pool for my sons birthday. The pool was beautiful the outside area has an amazing fireplace and a fountain it has many shoting streams and a waterfall its heated. We ended up there on a chiller day out luck and it was still to cold for me but my son loved it and the room was awsoml"

"I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property...

"Staff members were very hospitable, Alaysia was wonderful. Linens were clean, breakfast area was kept clean and neat. Only complaint we had was the bathroom, the tub fixtures were not in great condition and the water to the toilet ran on and off most of the night. Otherwise seamless hotel stay. "
