Great sauna. Nice restaurant for one meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. All speak English. Prime location in town center. Bed large and comfortable. Service great from check in to check out , all staff really helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus service is fantastic and made all the difference to our stay and was one of the main reasons for coming back to this hotel, Jo(driver) was so helpful, great communication, flexibility and so polite .

Fabulous staff - very helpful and friendly. Reception staff excellent and cleaning staff did a brilliant job. Big room. Great location especially to the cable car up to l’Aguille du midi. You can walk everywhere easily. We loved the hotel and Chamonix!

The location is perfect, beautiful town and all the main attractions are walkable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is ok if you’re just looking for a base… definitely not a 4* by normal standards. Basic and small room with a tiny bathroom. Some broken fixtures in the room , electricity flicked on and off randomly, shower turned very hot randomly. Carpets in the hallways were very dirty and it did smell most of the time.

Great location close to everything and offers a complementary shuttle to the lifts which is VERY helpful. The morning breakfast was plentiful and all you needed to fuel your day. It was clean but a little run down and could use a renovation. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice, but the problem was they charged me the same item from mini bar in the room twice. When I made check out the front desk attendant charged all costs included the item i’ve got. But some hours later the same item was charged at my credit card that I let as deposit when I made check in. I’ve sent a message to hotel once I saw it and no one replied me. Besides that problem, was a nice hotel. We liked the location, room and breakfast.

Séjour globalement agréable dans un établissement bien situé, avec une chambre spacieuse et confortable. Cependant, la température était assez fraîche, notamment dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, et l’ensemble commence à vieillir légèrement. La piscine et l’espace spa offrent un vrai moment de détente, mais un rafraîchissement serait bienvenu. Le savon y était d’ailleurs souvent vide. Le garage est un atout appréciable, surtout avec les bornes de recharge électrique. En revanche, des travaux en cours ont occasionné quelques désagréments : des planches de bois ont été sciées devant les véhicules, provoquant même une alerte sur le mien. Le petit déjeuner, quant à lui, mérite une attention particulière. Les fruits étaient flétris, certains abîmés, et le yaourt en vrac dégageait une odeur acide et fermentée, signe probable d’un problème de conservation. Les plateaux de fromages et de charcuterie donnaient également une impression de manque de fraîcheur. En résumé, un hôtel agréable avec de bons équipements, mais plusieurs détails d’entretien et de qualité mériteraient d’être revus pour retrouver le niveau attendu d’un établissement de ce standing.
