"Staff very friendly, breakfast was a help yourself, well worth the cost. Disappointed that there was no safe available for valuables and no hot rail to dry towels , having said that it was an enjoyable two night stay."

"The breakfast was excellent and parking was plentiful and convenient. I had trouble locating the entrance so tried calling the number provided seven times but it never connected."

"Absolutely tiny room/shower room. No room to move in the shower room. Signs of black mould on the ceiling. Random fake rock face walls in corridors felt very claustrophobic. Noisy at the weekend due to a nightclub across the road - loud music until 3am. Other guests were also very noisy late at night. Doors didn't help as it was impossible to close them quietly. Convenient location for city centre, harbour and train station. Good breakfast and very nice staff, but unfortunately we won't be staying here again unless the rooms have a total redesign and makeover. "
