"Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel."

"Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid.
Moreover it impacted my children's travel plan as they choose the suite and found it to be only a room.l, which they call suite."

"Good sized room and bathroom.
No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in.
I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast.
A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect."

"Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day.
The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option."

"Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value."

"Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room and hotel area was dated and rough round the edges but clean.
My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl.
Over all, for the location it was good value for money."
