We got the room with the terrace. That was soooo beautiful! I don’t feel the room itself was represented correctly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It made us feel like we were roughing it. The shower looked like a capsule shower from a cruise. The terrace was so pretty. The hotel had nicer rooms and was close to everything. Would stay there again…just not in the room with the terrace.

We had a cosy room with the terrace that gave us wonderful views of the castle and surroundings. The hotel is really centrally located, near to the castle and to the Christmas market in the town square too!

Incredible room with view of the castle. The restaurant on site was SO good! The best mulled wine we had on our trip too! This hotel had so many extra thought and detail that made our trip even better. They included a robe for our toddler to wear during the stay and baby toiletries. Was an excellent experience.

Great 2-night stay at this hotel

We stayed in the family suite on the 4th floor with the balcony, definitely the best views I’ve ever had from a hotel room. Spacious and clean room, helpful staff, great central location in the town, would recommend!!

Found it difficult to find>. 5 minute walk carrying Luggage was not easy. Hotel very nice. Would have been helpful to know that we needed to park the car in P1. Staff very helpful and food service very good.

Nice hotel with good service

Older style room but with a great view of the castle. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with hams, cheeses, fruit, nice bread, and cakes. Cooked breakfast available. Friendly service.

Really nice property. The attached restaurant is great, and the room with a terrace is probably the best room in the entire town. Very helpful service. Loved the location near the river, easy to run in and take a dip. Was debating between this location and another bigger hotel in town. Either would have been great, but loved our choice. No A/C will make it a bit tough in hotter months.

Large rooms but a little dated. Hard to carry luggage across stone walkways to get there. No parking there and parking was quite a ways away when hauling luggage. Tub for shower was a big step to get out.

Beautiful room on the fourth floor. It had a separate entrance area with a door on the left to a large bathroom, the door to the right had the bedroom area. This area not only had a comfortable bed but a couch with coffee table as well as another table with two chairs. It is set on the corner so two windows with views of the castle and the river. Just lovely. The breakfast buffet also had a lovely spread.
