Hotel berdekatan Cerro Rabo de Mico

"El Hotel nos encanta, es la 3 vez que estabamos, todo el personal bien a excepción de la persona de Check in que nos hizo sentir mal, poco amable, nos hizo esperar de mas, creo que a diferencia de lo bien que lo atiende el resto del personal esta persona no encaja. Tuvimos un viaje largo (nuestro problema), y la recepción fue poco calida. Aunque me guste el hotel no volveria a quedarme. "

"Large area, clean rooms as well as surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff especially Jenny. Her directions to places was great. Accommodating kitchen utensils and cutlery point of view. It would have been nice if basic like oil and salt & pepper was provided. Entertainment wise it was a bit lacking. It did not allow to login to my netflix account or youtube. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Room clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Jose Picado (bellhop) and Mauricio (at the bar and restaurant) went above and beyond and are credit to your staff. On the morning of our departure, Mr. Picado walked us two blocks away to help us with our Uber ride which could not access the hotel due to a marathon."
