"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir haben Infos zum Ort und eine vorbereitete Infomappe zum Konzert bekommen, das wir im Stadion besucht haben. Der Bustransfer, nur 3 Minuten Fussweg und die Organisation waren top! Das Hotel hat uns direkt darauf hingewiesen. "

"Charming town with lots of history and a great atmosphere. Loved sitting at the pool later in the day and watching the swallows, looking up at castle walls, and surrounding area. A great place to end our trip."

"Property was good overall but disappointed since I book this hotel for the pool and amenities and no where it say on their reservation website that you need it a swiming cap to use the facilities and they were overcharging for a swimming cap. We’re treated poorly by one of your staff for not buying them a swimming cap. Everything else was great. Their breakfast was wonderful except for that issue so keep it in mind if you will like to use their spa."

"Good place to stay"

"We were upgraded to a corner room with an oversized balcony looking out over the pool to the river. Spacious room, quiet, plenty of shelf and drawer space. The staff were amazing, Portuguese-friendly. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of hot and cold options including an omelet station. Location was very walkable to the Old Town, and also to the opposite side of the river and the Santa Clara monastery, plus walkways on both sides of the river."

"Good host located in peaceful locale in country. Could offer mattress topper to make beds more comfortable. Nice breakfast in cozy setting around dining table with friendly staff."
