"Took a few minutes to check in. The lobby looks like a disaster-luggages everywhere in piles. Feels very chaotic. When we were ready to shower at night, there’s no hot water. I called the front desk and found out their water heater was broken. Meanwhile, when we we turned on the shower, water leaked from behind the wall. So within a few seconds, there’s puddles of water on the bathroom floor. We could not shower. This issue was not fixed or addressed before we checked out. Will not stay here again. It’s a lovely hotel, unfortunately poorly maintained and managed. "

"The hotel is conveniently located with casino, shops and restaurants nearby.The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner could not be adjusted so the room was freezing. There was no hot water in the shower in my room. Every day I had to go to front desk to ask them to address it. Despite the maintenance staff coming to the room, nothing changed."
