"Property location is not for everyone, if you like to be among the localsl the true Panamanians this is the location for you walking distance to a lot of places. I wouldn’t totally call this a luxury hotel but it’s in good condition, clean and nice staff. Overall it’s a 8.5/10 "

"We checked in and our room reeked of cigarette smell. We told the front desk they said they were full and no other rooms were avaliable. I then called Expedia for help. The woman called the hotel for a refund and they said it was a nonrefundable reservation. I then went back to the front desk to ask about their smoking policy and they said its a non smoking facility. I then reiterated that our room smelled like cigarettes and they sent someone to check it. They did agree that it smelled and found us another room. It shouldn't have needed to be that difficult to get a satisfactory room."

"I did not reserve a room with breakfast included, but was charged for it anyway. Kitchen was small. Fridge was ancient and didn't work well. I was not confident about keeping food fresh. Buffet was very good with a wide assortment of options. Location was very good. Pool was really nice, but often there were no fresh towels."

"Breakfast buffet was really good - fruits (watermelon, pineapple, muskmelon, and papaya), scrambled eggs, salad (2-3 veggies), 2-3 varieties of cheese, 2 meat options (such as roasted chicken, beef, etc.) 2-3 veggie options (friend local items, etc) everyday, apart from the standard western breakfast items - cereals, pancakes, orange juice, coffee with creamer, etc."
