"The staff was excellent, particularly Nieves in the breakfast kitchen. That lady moves her tail with a big smile on her face. I noticed that about all wait staff. The room was quiet and the breakfast was very good."

"Good position , 5 min from the metro. Well equipped room with microwave hob and fridge. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Quality linen and towels. Only downside was previous guests had spilt coffee down the wall so needed a repaint. Reception very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"The big plus of this hotel is it's proximity to Charmatin. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the building and hardware was showing it's age. Regardless, it was still a great hotel to stay at in between a flight and a train."
