"Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions. "Vert nice place, in the middle of the historic center. Breakfast at a bar close to the b&b. Autentick - coffee, juice and croissants. Charming and nice room, with a balcony. Clean room, nice bathroom. Helpfull and friendly staff. A lot of stears, but good for exercise ;-)"

"We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. This place is in a perfect area to walk to all the areas with restaurants and shopping. Our stay "

"The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. Everything felt updated and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, although it did get humid quickly. Since it’s a bed and breakfast, staff isn’t on-site at all times, but that wasn’t an issue — they provide your own set of keys so you can come and go freely. The property overlooks a very beautiful garden (not part of the property), where there are two very friendly dogs — our kids...

"Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful."
