The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. "Incredible place and settling, some of the most helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel"

"The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room."

"It was a great and quiet clean room in an otherwise filthy and loud city. Front desk staff was excellent. Close to the metro line to leave, which after a day or two you’ll want to. Close to some beautiful ancient churches which you access via alleys that smell of urine and garbage. Oh Naples."

"Basic room in old apartment building; A/C worked well, breakfast was ok, beds were ok, towels changed every day if you need, shower doors need serious repair as it can be a safety issue. The owner of the apartment was very attentive; ordered a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. "When we initially arrived the road was very busy. But you step through the street door into a very calm and quiet courtyard before going up to the room. Our accommodations were clean, had cold AC, a beautiful bathroom and great host. I wish we could have met her. If you head down the street away from the metro there is fantastic shopping and a beautiful area filled with gorgeous architecture. I’d definitely stay here again."
