"The facility is super nice and clean and infrastructure is five stars rated. It locates 15mins walk distance from the central train station. To get to the address you have to get directions from the owner since GPS takes you to another spot, very annoying. The owner won’t reply to my text messages but only through Expedia App.There are restaurant near 15 minutes walking distance but one has to across few busy intersections. "

"Reception staff very welcoming and helpful providing advice about tours and activities. Staff in breakfast room & housekeeping pleasant. Rooms and property in general was very clean and bathroom also had nice big fluffy towels giving a luxury touch. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to Piazza Bra, the Arena di Verona and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again for a trip to Verona & would thoroughly recommend this hotel"

"La atención de las dos mujeres del lobby, muy bien con la mejor disposición y nos ayudaba con los taxis. Debería incluir desayuno, eso le faltaría. Muy bien ubicado, a 10min. en bus, desde la estación de tren. Compren el boleto de 24hrs. porque despues lo utilizarán en todo el día ya que para ir al centro el bus pasa por ahi."
