"There was construction ongoing. Told we would see scaffolding but no warned about noise. There was quite a bit of noise through the day, which affected out enjoyment of the room."

Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. "The charm is the small, boutique property in a great, walkable location. But what makes it special is the staff. Fara at the front desk made my stay feel warm and comfortable. She was always helpful with a kind and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to show me around, help with my luggage (4 flights of stairs!) and greeted me by name every time she saw me. She even stepped in to set up and serve breakfast when needed, with a smile on her face. I hope they appreciate the gem they have...

"The staff was friendly, courteous organized and very helpful. Despite proximity to public gatherings it was quiet. Location is outstanding. Not a luxurious hotel but really had everything we needed."

"Loved the location, room was big and clean and well tended too. Gym was also good and food was lovely. Also decent parking options. Didn’t like how popular the hotel was as it took ages to get into the bar and our diner reservation was 20 mins late. Decided to go elsewhere on the second night as there are plenty of other options just outside the door. Overall a good experience. But probably not worth the price tag."
