"No microwave in room. Outdoor pool was open but very dirty. So many dead wasps floating in pool and more flying around. No net by pool or I would have just scooped them out myself. Hotel was pet friendly. Unaware that parking garage had low clearance so unable to park in covered garage. Slightly annoying as parking is one thing I always check on when looking for a hotel"

"Wait time at front desk was insane. Every time. Our desk outlet didn’t work, lamp didn’t work and fridge was dead. This may possibly be the loudest hotel I’ve been at. Kids running and screaming hallways at midnight and later. Very disappointed in most aspects. "

"There were 2 male front desk clerks the first one was so annoyed that I called to get reservations and wouldn’t help at all. The second one charged the highest room rent and had not even tried to help. I have worked as a front desk clerk and maid and would have been fired especially for being rude on the phone. "

"Pool was dirty and hot tub was cold( not working). Dated rooms, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice."

"Room was good condition, but there seemed to be a stain on the sheets so unsure if they were changed between guests. The hot tub however was well over the legal limit a hot tub can be heated to. I know that seems silly, but it caused burns to our feet when we stood for less than 15 seconds in it trying to get used to the heat. It was dangerously hot- a potential lawsuit if a child fell in or if an adult just slipped in without using the steps to climb in. "
