"As a solo female traveler, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was centrally located in the theater district and an easy walk to all of my shows. The rooms are tiny, but I was by myself so I really didn’t need space. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. I got a windowless room and slept like a rock in the complete darkness. If you’re looking for a place to stay in central London as an individual or couple, this is the place for you. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they held my bags for me while I explored the city before check-in. "

"First time to London and had this hotel recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there. Location was amazing… so many cute shops, restaurants and theaters all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions via the local buses and tube stations. Hotel room was comfortable and clean and the staff was lovely. Pratik and George in particular were so friendly and helpful. The premium room was worth it for the extra space, especially for a week long stay. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but it was quiet at a reasonable hour but if you’re early to bed or sensitive to outside noise, maybe request a higher floor. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience! "
