"Convenient to UAB, quiet, nice clean rooms. I would have booked at this hotel again if the price for one night had not doubled one week after my initial stay. For that reason, I booked another hotel in a safer part of town that was also convenient to UAB and exceeded my expectations for the price."

"Room was very spacious with a two bed and sofa bed. The only thing was that the countertops were not wiped down the remote was dirty and not wiped down you could see the dust. Other than that staff was amazing and it was definitely quite and very welcoming."

"The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended."

"The gentlemen out front attending to cars were very helpful. The attendant checking people in was not as welcoming. His demeanor didn’t ruin my overall experience. It was just off putting right when I walked in the door."

"Rooms are big with a bedroom separate from the sitting living room which is really nice. Breakfast with the omelette station included is wonderful. There is a ruth chris in the hotel which we love to eat at. I think the convenience store should have more selections. Front desk staff was so nice. Parking attendants were so nice and friendly. No complaints at all. We will be back. Rooms clean. The tub should be switched out room 525."

"First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....
