"Quiet location"

"Room was ok for two adults and two kids. We had three towels to share which we discovered very early the first morning. We did get four towels at front desk later in the day. No maid service in the only full day of our two day stay. Pool and hot tub clean. Pool area closed til 9 am. Hot tub is really nice and hot. Breakfast items are not all available if you come to breakfast after 9 am. Food is adequate."

"Pool was green and cold water. Could not have been safe to swim in. We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool and we couldn't even use it. Also the parking lot and surrounding area seemed very unsafe. Would not recommend for anyone."

"Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)"

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Breakfast had lots of choices and space to eat. Laundry is available 24 hours. Room was very clean and roomy. Only complaint was the lukewarm shower. Other than that, it would have been an excellent stay. Hotel was convenient to everything you could need- restaurants (Culver's- excellent), stores, and gas stations. Amish Store around the corner had the best raspberry pie I ever had."

"Booked a King size room. Arrived bed dirty hair on the pillows and in the sheets. Went to ask staff at the desk for another room. Stated they were all gone. Which the next morning found out that was not correct. Asked for clean sheets to change the bedding myself. Was given a full fitted sheet. Had to tell the front desk girl this is not the right size. Horrible service would not recommend."

"The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. The other problem with the stay was that it was supposed to be quiet after 10:00 pm, however the staff...

"I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell.
