We asked if they could order a taxi for the morning but said they do not do this service. They said we can search the companies & choose one of our choice. How are we to know a reliable taxi company? "I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and paid through Expedia, only to be unexpectedly assaulted with a demand for $100 in bond money upon arrival. When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking. Their behavior was not only rude but outright racist, discriminatory, and utterly unacceptable.
