"This was a beautiful experience to see the northern lights. However, the self check in was a bit confusing. I wasn’t aware of the process. I was expecting to see and speak with a live person. However, the number given for help was very helpful."

"It is a self check in hotel. We arrived and the hotel room they gave us did not exist the code did not match any other doors. We reached out to the number provided and the phone was turned off. It didn't look like anyone was staying there, no cars in the parking lot, etc. We waited for a response for 1.5 hours and needed to go book another hotel room at 10:30PM at night last minute. "

"Parking was free along the street with plenty of spots. Rooms and showers were clean and never heard any neighbors. Good location with a few restaurants close by that are walkable. "

"Looked recently renovated with new walls, floors, and tiles. The worst drywall job I have ever seen 😊. But very functional. There was a lot of noise from the kitchen until around 10 pm. Restaurant service was super! It was impossible to turn on lights on the patio, so too much light all night"

"The rooms are not large but they are clean and atmospheric. The amenities were good, we used the hot tub and ate at the bar which was more family friendly cuisine (and prices) than the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and assisted us when we had a flight cancellation."

"Great location for exploring the southern coast, and the property is clean with beautiful views. Our cabin was sandwiched between the communal parking lot out front and an active construction site out back, complete with exposed septic infrastructure and loose wiring. The construction lights also impacted stargazing and northern lights viewing. The advertised hot tub turned out to be communal, attached to the reception building, and far enough from the cabins that you need to drive there. WiFi...

"Heima Holiday Homes are located just a short drive from town, and offers supreme serenity and great Mountain View. Self-checkin was hassle free. The home was fully furnished and equipped. Floor was heated, including bathroom floor. We especially enjoyed the company of the property’s two friend dogs who came by my cabin and played ball with us (the dog brought its own ball to ask us to play, so cute!) The only one thing I would ask for is a little shelf in the shower area for us to place our own...
