"Thin walls. Could hear our neighbor argue all night till 3am. Think they got kicked out. Could hear every toilet flush. Doors loud when shut. Kids running down the halls. Sounded like someone was also trying to check if our door was locked 3 or 4 times. Around 3am. Won't be staying at this chain of hotel again. Spend the extra 20-30 dollars a night for somewhere nicer."

"Second night a few buses arrived with young adults at 11:00 at night. Group took over floor we were on and very loud and yelling until midnight. Called desk, told they just arrived and would get them in rooms soon. That took an hour. Someone should have told them to keep it down. The lady on the desk when called at 11:00 was no help. The young lady at the desk in the morning was very good and helpful."

Front desk staff wearing a winter tossel cap, housekeeping wearing ear buds when I approached to ask a question (I banged on wall to get attention), coffee machine in lobby only water came out, lemon water canister in lobby very cloudy, breakfast staff NO gloves handling food and she actually pulled her cell phone out in the middle of a very crowded dining area. Stairs to basement breakfast FILTHY. Cleanest part of our staff was actually the bathroom near front...

"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when...
