"We arrived quite late, around 9pm so parking was a little challenging initially. Check in was efficient and staff on reception were amazing and very welcoming! Room decor was a little tired but comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and quite pricey but the ladies serving were receptive to our feedback so a minor point. Again staff in the Restraunt were very attentive in the evenings and at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for its central location for the City...

The hotel has been knocked about - being next to the rugby stadium may contribute to high wear and tear - but everything in my room was clean and fine and comfortable. My only real complaint would be that the WiFi in the room was terrible and I had to go to the lobby to get work done. Great bath"
