Hotel berdekatan Cathays Cemetery

"Short 2 night stay for a business trip extremely close to the millennium stadium. Really nice hotel, well decorated and great service. Would certainly return"

"Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms."

"The bed was two single beds we didn’t know everytime we moved the bed it will separate, the car parking was shocking too not enough room to park the car nor reverse out, and checking out was early too"

"Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up…."

"Perfect little stay in Cardiff! Lovely location, easy to get into the city but out enough to not have the city weekend noise. Rooms were cozy and super clean, lovely comfortable bed, sofa in the room and nice large bathroom. everything you could need! Owner is the loveliest gentleman ever, nothing is too much for him & incredibly kind. Would absolutely come back next trip"

"Central to everything however a few issues. The taxi app at reception is not the best, no mini bar and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. No fault of the hotel but noise from nearby bars dies go on to the early hours. Still enjoyed our stay. The things mentioned could enhance it."

"Everything"

"The first thing that greeted us was the smell of stale curry in the reception area and corridors, the lift was broken that would have taken us to our floor (the top one of course) and there was an absolute maze of corridors to navigate to find out way to the room. Hotel is definitely not a 4 star as stated, I,d give it 2 at most. Glad I was only there for 1 night."

"Clean room not bad for the price only thing that you will need to get a taxi to the nearest shop"

"The reception staff were very nice and welcoming they were very helpful and made us happy to be there. This was our first time in 50 years to Cardiff and glad we stayed at The Angel it's a great location too. We had a lovely room with all the facilities we needed and nice comfortable beds. We had a lovely breakfast. We also thank the reception staff for looking after our bags whilst we attended a funeral that really meant a lot to us. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it and all...

"Lovely little place to stay with an Italian restaurant downstairs! Food was great too!"

"Staff only on site between 9&5. Good luck if you arrive early or late. Room did not have drinkable water. Had to go to first floor for drinking water Bathroom had not a single hook for towels or toiletries"
