"This place is a lovely authentic gem. Beds where very comfortable, room was very clean, and the bathroom was recently furbished. The building does not have your typical hotel frontage with fancy foyer as you enter. But dont let that put you off. The reception is on the second floor of this 200 year old building. So if you like charming old building with new upgrades, this place is worth a stay. Bonus points for being centrally located in the heart of Catania and the staff are absolutely lovely. "

"This place is a real gem and lived up to all the great reviews. Conveniently located, clean, quiet and plenty of space for two people. Large bathroom and private patio. The shared kitchen was great. Anna was extremely helpful with local sites to visit and restaurants. She got us a cab for a 4 am pick up - She was just great. We we definitely stay here again."
