"This place was great, I almost didn't want to leave a good review because I want to keep this gem to myself! The staff was friendly and very personable. The property also isnt too far from anything. I had one small issue with my room and it was rectified within minutes. All in all I had a great stay."

"This was our first time out of the country so I donโt have anything to compare to. With that being said to us it was amazing! The staff was the best part they were so friendly and eager to help and explain everything to us even if we asked multiple times! The view wasnโt listed as a sunset view but we saw the sunset and even experienced the famous โgreen flashโ from our room. Our tour guides did say Bel jou was cheapest all inclusive resort option on the island but it is a known thing that the staff is wonderful there in comparison to the other resorts. So if youโre looking for a really fancy room and amenities I know some of the others have beach front rooms but if your main goal is to eat and sleep at the hotel and experience the island Iโd say this is the perfect place."

"We had a wonderful experience at Sandals! The resort is beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. There are just a couple of things I think could make the experience even better. I would love to see more entertainment options, especially activities geared toward a younger or more mixed-age crowd. I also think the resort could use more outdoor seating. There are many beautiful open lawn areas where a few additional benches or seating areas would be great. The resort is lovely to walk around, explore, and take pictures, but sometimes you just want a place to sit and relax. One evening, we arrived early for our restaurant reservation and were asked to come back at our scheduled time. We didnโt want to return to our room, but unfortunately there wasnโt anywhere nearby to sit and wait. Adding more seating throughout the property would make a big difference. Other than those small suggestions, we truly loved our stay and had a great experience. I would definitely come back and recommend Sandals to friends and family!"

"The resort manager and all managers were outstanding in resolving a room problem that we had. Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. The service was above expectations and made our week absolutely fantastic!"
