"Fantastic hotel set in beautiful tropical gardens with loads of activities for relaxation, exercising or having fun. There are lots of staff and all very friendly. Choice of food and drink is excellent. Pools and beach are great and not crowded. My wife and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back. "

"This is truly a very beautiful stay. I will say it is a little different than typical all inclusive resorts, more boutique like and rustic. Drinks were amazing and bartenders could make a lot of requests. The food was good, I just wish there was more to offer, but it was very fresh and flavorful. I feel like we had to keep revisiting the same restaurants. The view of Marigot Bay is incredible and so nice to do excursions because they can pick you up right from there. We did let them know that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they did not do anything special to our room which was kind of upsetting since there are photos with other reviews and they have it decorated. The property is defiantly very calm and quiet compared to more party like resorts with entertainment. Only thing I would add is that I wish there were more servers for the pool, it seems like if we ever wanted anything we had to flag someone down or walk up to the bar/ pool restaurant. St. Lucia is so beautiful, the little beach area is awesome and they have water sports to utilize which is great."

Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"Positives: Food, pools, bars, room view, staff The food at every restaurant was excellent. We have been to two resorts in Mexico, two in DR and this one. This is by far the all-around best food at an all-inclusive resort that we have ever had. You must have the French-toasted croissant at the Veranda for breakfast. Make your reservations for the a-la-cart restaurants when you arrive - they are all excellent. The pools are located near the ocean, so there is a constant breeze blowing. If you are under a shade, you will not get too hot. The bartenders will make you whatever drink you want, and it will be delicious. The view from the room balcony is awesome. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you with any need. Opportunities: Beach, electrical power There is a LOT of seaweed on the beach (not just at this particular resort). They do their best keep it clean, but it is a never-ending job as it reappears overnight. The Paradise Beach area has much less than the beach areas near the pools. There were several short power interruptions that were not even an inconvenience, but on our last morning there was no power to most of the resort for about two hours. There are a few 110V outlets in the room as well as a multi-port USB/USB-C charger. If you need to plug in several items at the same time, you will need to bring an adapter. There is no place in the bathroom to plug a hair iron of any voltage."

"Quaint hotel by the beach. Not too many people so you have privacy in the pool and beach. We had the 2 BR deluxe villa. It had a balcony. Once you leave the balcony, the pool is there and then the stairs to the beach is there. Property was very clean. The owner takes time to speak with guests and provides history of the place. Best place to see the sunset everyday. The supermarket and KFC are a few mins away by car. Restaurants are 15-20 mins away. The only drawbacks were you had to ask for the mini mart to be opened and put food order in early at the restaurant because it can be a longer wait than you are accustomed to. We will definitely stay there again. We didn’t cook or use the kitchen so I am not able to review that part. We also didn’t get a chance to do the massage or the free kayaking and paddle boards."

Bel Jou Hotel – Adults Only – All Inclusive

"I got zero from the list of gold membership benefits. No free upgrade. No bottle of wine in the room. And all inclusive only applies to meals and drinks outside of the room. Room service and mini bar cost extra. Very nice place, just not what I anticipated."

Sandals Regency La Toc - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

10/10 Excellent

"Overall our experience was excellent, although we did have to ease into it. When we arrived there was a big party leaving and so our arrival was almost unacknowledged and we were also slightly disappointed to learn that due to 100% occupancy not all of our restaurant choices were possible for dinner during our stay. Credit to Sandals because their customer care team were able to get us into the Piton Restaurant on our final night, despite us being told it was fully booked. That said, we did have excellent food and service in all of the other places where we ate, including the mainly buffet Pavillion Restaurant. The beach and outside facilities are fabulous and were always spotless, with more than enough friendly staff around to help out. Our room was excellent too and when the a/c developed a slight leak it was attended to the same day. One thing which might frustrate some holidaymakers is the dawn sunlounger run. Those affluent guests with "butler" had them bagging beds as early as 5.30 in the morning and by 7.00 am there was never anything available by the main pool; even though everyone was either back in bed or getting ready for breakfast & the bar didn't open until 10.00. When you spend so much money on the experience it is pretty poor that this ellement isn't better controlled and it will alienate some people. We went to the other resorts at Halcyon & The Grande but preferred La Toc and the interresort shuttles were good. The airport transfer was also excellent."
