"I recently stayed at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa for one night (11–12 April) and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, making for a relaxing stay. One small downside was the bathroom — the sink doesn’t have a mixer tap, so the water runs very hot, which was a bit inconvenient. "Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously.
