"Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely."

"Overall the property was great, nice central location to check out Venice. Plenty of space for us with our young daughter and two kids would be no problem. We stayed in Magica 2. Directions were easy to find the key location and get to the apartment. Anywhere you go realize you’ll be going up and down some stairs and usually staying on the 2nd-4th floors if it’s your first time. WiFi worked well. "運河が見えるホテルを探しましたが、どこも高額すぎるためアパートタイプのこちらの宿を予約。シャワー、トイレ、エアコン環境は快適、ミネラルウォーター、ネスプレッソカプセルのサービス、冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ハンドソープもありました。ベッドから運河見え、のんびり過ごすことができました。駅から近いため、人混み感はありますが、橋を渡らなくてもホテルにたどり着けるため、ホテルまでは大きな荷物があっても問題なくたどり着けました。難点はホテルにはエレベーターがないことのみ、しかし室内で1階あがるだけの階段のため、エアコンも効いているので、ゆっくり運ぶことができたので、大きな問題ではありませんでした。余裕を持って72時間前までに利用税や、賃貸契約の手続きを済ませるよう、オーナーさんからメールが来ていましたが、旅行中のため全くチェックをしておらず、ベネチアへ向かう電車の中から連絡を取り、バダバタな状態でしたが、滞りなく手続きをすることができました。最終日はチェックアウトは10時ですが、その後ホテル内の邪魔にならない所に荷物を置くことも、許可していただき、終始とても快適に過ごすことができました。"
