"We had a good stay! It’s a great location"

"Local perfeito no coração da Toscana. Ótimo para descansar e aproveitar a estrutura completa. Mas também é próximo dos principais pontos da Toscana."

"This is NOT a palace. Host pestered us about paying the taxes and uploading documentation, even after we did those things. We arrived during the posted check-in hours, but no one was at the property, nor did they respond to multiple messages and calls. After waiting, calling the "emergency" number that no one answered, and calling Expedia for help, a fellow guest let us in to the lobby (they understood since they had similar horrible experiences). After another hour of waiting and unanswered...

"They were so kinda about holing our bags and helping us feel welcome"

"We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!"

"The staff are amazing & the location is great"

"Personale gentile, struttura ottima"
