"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. "Un’oasi di pace e tranquillità. La struttura è immersa nella natura, a pochi minuti di auto da Siena. Il palazzo è antico ma ben tenuto e molto pulito, così come il nostro appartamento. A completare il tutto c’è una piscina davvero bella e molto grande, perfetta per rilassarsi. Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile ad assecondare le nostre richieste e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Peccato essere dovuti tornare a casa… ma torneremo sicuramente!"

"The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!"
