"Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless."

I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. "Best room we've had in my entire 11 nights tour in Italy where we stayed in 5 other hotels before arriving at Sant' Anna hotel. Size of room was big (relative to the other rooms elsewhere), and the room deco had a "wow" effect when we opened the door. "We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!"
