"Spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from St. Peter's Square. We only stayed for one night but the accommodation is well provisioned for an extended stay. "We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!"

"Would definitely stay here again! Greeted by Joy who is lovely, knowledgeable, and efficient. The rooms are clean and supplied with coffee, tea, and bottled water. Conveniently located to everything in Rome! Check in was easy. Great personal service. Joy answered our every need and even arranged for a car to take us to the airport. Love this place!"

"Great location only 3 blocks from St. Peter's Square. Lots of restaurant and side walk cafe choices nearby as well as the restaurant on premise. We had an issue with the AC one night which was promptly corrected by the staff the next day. Staff is excellent and the service was great.
Borgo Pio is a pedestrian only street, but the side streets give easy access. Taxis will likely drop you off at one of the through streets but still very convenient.

"Place is good very nice. Well kept. Close to Metro subway and in front is a bustop. Very close to Vatican. The only thing happen during our stay is the code for the building that they gave us is not working on our arrival. They gave us another code then our last night we went out for Dinner then the code again didn’t work. Otherwise everything was great."

"The location was ideal, close to everything without being on a busy street. Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. AC was a plus as was the small in-room fridge. This has the personal feel of being in a private apartment. Loved it!"
