My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. Staff were really friendly and helpful particularly Carol on breakfast duty and Cape and Sara on front desk.
