"I had a room with a balcony overlooking Rossio plaza, it was lovely, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant in the first floor, Bastardo, was excellent. The location of the hotel is top notch."

Rooms are clean, comfortable, generally quiet, thoughtful and lush fully appointment. As a North American- rooms and bathrooms are smaller (European size), hallways are bit dark but it’s the hotel’s design element "
