The bathroom had two washbasins, which was convenient for two people to use at the same time. Toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps were provided. Tea bags and an electric kettle were also provided. "We had a great stay at Pestana Rua Augusta. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable inside the hotel.
The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Pestana Rua Augusta to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.
