The apartment and view was amazing. We loved the location. I gave it a 4 star because of the lack of amenities. The pool was small, only had 4 lounge chairs, dining area small, breakfast variety not the greatest, and the elevator was small so wait time to the 20th floor (where pool and breakfast located) was long.

They give you no choice, but to wear a orange wristband for your entire stay and they charge you six thousand pesos per person for the wristbands, it says nowhere in the Expedia app when I booked online for the additional charges, The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, but nice view from the 20th floor…

Plenty of space

Very large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath apartment, large kitchen, big balcony with access from master bedroom and living-room. The mattress was a little bit hard for me. Breakfast has limited choices. Biggest drawback is beside a small supermarket across the street no restaurants or anythings else until Boccagrande few blocks away (15 mn walk) Safe and quiet area.

I loved having a whole apartment. the office is located in the parking garage, which i wish i had known when i got there, while i was there the key card reader battery died so i had to keep going down to get a key to get in and return it back to the office, and also one of the elevators stopped working so it was only one for everyone. but i loved the location and walking to the beach was about 5 minutes! there is a store across the street as well that carries everything you could need so that was super helpful, the breakfast was small, so we decided to just cook ourselves in the apartment

It was Located in a perfect location, easy to get to an from the airport, breakfast was basic but it was good, appliances are old but functional, it’s just a block away from a quiet beach.

Unlike a hotel,,these Aparta-Hotels come with a real kitchen including dishes, utensils, hardware, pams, coffee maker. Very clean, free breakfast great service. Beach is 2 blocks away. Fine dining and stores are 8 blocks away. Very safe neighborhood. People walk outside with their dogs, bikes and roller blades. Yes, I would stay there again.

The kitchen in my apartment never worked, i notified the office and they didnt do anything about it. We rented 3 apartments and all of them had different issues. The elevators had some issues as well and just one was working.
