"I waited at the check in area for 30 minutes before she came in, on her phone and didn't bother to look up at me until she completed her text. Then saw me and didn't even apologize for the wait. Next, apparently check in is AT 3 with a strict no check in policy before 3. I was there at 1, waited until 1:30, then told her I would wait in parking lot because I wasn't going to drive around for an hour and a half. "Nice and New! Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Lori' at the front desk was amazing. After I had mentioned a dog barking in a nearby room, she instantly apologized and moved us to a room another floor. She continued to apologize and told me that she wanted me to have an excellent stay, which I did :) "

"Everything was good, but the bed and pillows were horrible. The mattresses need to be rotated and the pillows felt like a flat basket ball, I just couldn’t sleep on the bed so I had to sleep on the floor."

"The location is very convenient for a quick night stay. The access to the interstate was great and the room was quiet considering the close proximity to a main highway."

Listened to slamming doors most of the night and early morning as guests came and went. It was hard to get any sleep at all. Might not have been too bad if it was for one night, but it was an extended stay."

"We only stopped over along our trip for a few hours. Check in was extraordinarily fast, which was helpful at the late hour. Breakfast was fast and filling with good options for a stopover. Saved time not needing to get anyone coffee or other food in the morning."
