"I had traveled due to work. It was just me and one night. I thought I had made a reservation at another hotel on the area just down the road that I had stayed at the other times I’ve traveled to Cheyenne. When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation… because it was never made! My fault. They quoted me a rate and just for the heck of it, I went back to my car to book it on line. It was around the same price they quoted. I started to look at other hotels by the rating and I saw Little America rating in the 9’s and the other one was a high 8. I saw the price and it was about $40 cheaper… for a higher rating, which usually doesn’t happen. So I gave it a shot… with hesitation. I booked a king suite that had a couch and desk. When I arrived to check in I was stunned by the appearance. It really had the feel of a Resort. The room was great. Huge, clean, and it had a good size bathroom. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The sheets were so smooth, that it didn’t feel like a regular hotel bed… it felt like a resort quality bed and room. If the price stays around the same this will be my choice of stay without question!!! Thank you"
"Well it doesn’t even go by this name anymore-no pool, no hot tub…hotels.com won’t re-emburse, no phone in room, no ice bucket til they switch ya rooms but still no phone! third floor marked as out of order, they put you on the second floor to listen to the pounding of them working on the 3rd floor-nightmare!!"
"Nice and New! Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Lori' at the front desk was amazing. After I had mentioned a dog barking in a nearby room, she instantly apologized and moved us to a room another floor. She continued to apologize and told me that she wanted me to have an excellent stay, which I did :) "
"Property feels safe, breakfast was not the best. Parking is good. Staff seemed nice. Rooms on the first floor that are located by the stairways and exit doors are horrible. Listened to slamming doors most of the night and early morning as guests came and went. It was hard to get any sleep at all. Might not have been too bad if it was for one night, but it was an extended stay."
