We specifically reserved a room on Expedia with a roll in shower for my mother. After we arrived I was told that room had been given to someone else about an hour earlier. There is an inconsistency about booking a specific room on Expedia and communication with the actual hotel. This sounds like an internal management issue. I was advised to always contact the hotel after using any third party App. The front desk also advised me to use the Marriott App in the future so that they can see if a specific room is requested. The Marriot App is cumbersome to reserve two different types of rooms and to research for ADA rooms. Travelers should be aware this hotel also sits along side a railway. Trains were very loud all night.
