The location couldn’t have been any better — right in the heart of everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and elegant at the same time. The staff was truly phenomenal: welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail, from the beautiful design to the comfort of the rooms, exceeded all expectations. "Great hotel. Surprisingly bigger than we thought and nice amenities (pool, bars, restaurants, and a coffee shop). Away from the hubbub, but close enough to the train station and walkable areas. Room is small by US standards, but had a washer and Kitchenette."

"Located on the main central roundabout in Lisbon, the location is excellent for the Hop on Hop Off bus services and a short walk into the centre proper. Clean, friendly with a good atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant once and it was good value. It is a little noisy (the traffic outside mainly), but that didn't bother us. Would book again when we re-visit Lisbon."
