"The service was first class. From the minute we arrived, Filipa made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the world. Super helpful, greeting us each morning with bottles of water to start our day, directions, reservations, etc. She and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were well appointed, incredibly clean with large bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and everything was made fresh to order. We can't wait to go back!"

"We had a wonderful time at Antiga Casa Pessoa. We came in July, so it was a little hot, but the staff made a real effort to make it enjoyable and comfortable. They were also kind whenever we needed anything. The location was perfect, with easy access to entertainment, restaurants, and so much more."

"We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisboa. The building has an elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier, and it's located on a flat street — a real plus in a city known for its hills! The location is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just steps away. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our favorite feature, though, was the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, watch the sunset over the city, and enjoy a bit of people...

"Our experience was amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. The attention to detail is like no other. All amenities are provided and then some. 5 star treatment! Housekeeping and Butler service 24/7. We were treated like family, staff knowing and greeting us by name and warm smiles. We have travelled a lot and this hotel will be hard to top!!! This hotel is a class act!!!"

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...

"Amazing staff, great place. Stayed 3 nights then came back 3 weeks later and stayed for 2 more. Had a reservation elsewhere (The Lift) . Elevator out of service and smelly room). Hopefully I can get my money back but either way I highly recommend Nicola Rossio!!!!"
