Communicated everyday for options for breakfast and provided everything we needed would definitely stay again and highly recommend. "Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"Really friendly host, clean amenities, great breakfast, and overall wonderful stay. Would highly recommend! I liked staying south of the city versus in the center - was still easy to walk to but a little less chaotic. "

"Great room, great location and view, amazing staff, included a breakfast and the staff would make you a variety of coffee types. Only negative would be lack of elevator (only an issue for the first trip up and down with luggage) "

"Easy to check in remotely. It was located next to a lot of restaurants and a nice park that we were able to walk to. Angelica, the property manager was so helpful! She provided me with great information on how to check in and use keys to get into the building. "

"Loved my stay at this Hotel. Everything about it was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming, the location was in what is now the more interesting and authentic part of Florence. The Terrace overlooking the Gardens where you can eat breakfast was dazzling. In this age of ultra modern hotels, this one stood out because of its preservation of history and yet the room and the bathroom were large and roomy yet warm and cozy. "

"If you stay here you’ll love it. It’s clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was average to good. I’d say the only thing too improve about the breakfast would be the following: 1) The pastries and cakes could be more fresh. 2) The bacon and ham products were next to the scrambled eggs and cheeses, which means the scrambled eggs had the bacon smell and steam on it. And the serving cutlery may easily become cross contaminated with pork which might be a problem for those that don’t eat pork. Having said that, the service was excellent and they ask you each morning what coffee you’d like and they make it fresh from their espresso machine. We can confirm the coffees made were excellent; only on the first and second day it was more lukewarm but the following days they were hot and great. "
"Rooms and common areas spotlessly clean. Quiet. Frequent bus transportation to the city center. Everything in the room worked as it should. Supermarket right around the corner."
"Absolutely Fantastic! Already booked another stay before this one was over. The staff, the history, the service and the location make this Hotel STAND OUT! "
