"I’ve stayed here multiple times now and the hotel and staff never disappoint! "

"The Victorian Inn house is where u check in & eat breakfast, the rooms are next door in a somewhat warn down motel type building, on a busy noisy street with a lot of street lighting, if u choose this place make sure that u get a room on back side of building, there is parking under the building but its an extra charge."

"Older property. Staff was great. Drafty room. Could see light around the door. Wall heater was noisy and did not put out enough heat for the room. Window in the bathroom was above the toilet and you could see blurred people sitting on the toilet when walking by going to your room."

"I love this little gem of a hotel - they are all very nice. I’m not crazy about the remote/ televised check in however, I was told last night via very static voice from a tv screen, that I was all set for the second night I assumed I was, but I woke up and saw no charge had come through and was told by the remote teller that I would have to check out and come back at 2?? Just what I was trying to avoid and save the hotel a room change/ clean…Sid (the manager) intervened and said he would take care of it - but alas, he couldn’t take cash. I was too confused and busy by that point I just booked another room at a different hotel- Sid and the staff that is normally there are GREAT and the property is awesome and it’s clean, safe, close to shopping and food - I will be back.. I guess Im just to old fashioned and I was told I was all set and wasn’t :( "

"I was very disappointed in many things: they charged us twice for breakfast, we arrived for wine hour at 4 PM, and they wouldn't serve us. At both check in and check out I was told I had no charges and then they charged me extra. When I called it took three calls and 20 minutes on the phone and still don't have an answer."
