"The staff were absolutely excellent in every way and were the best thing about the hotel. Thanks to all the staff for being so helpful and so friendly. The breakfast was good in terms of choice and availability. The fruit could have been fresher. The bar area was great and offered great services and refreshments. "My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"The air conditioning wouldn’t work in the room and was reported twice and not repaired. A fan was supplied but that just blew the hot air around the room and was very noisy. I understand that problems occur, but this clearly wasn’t working before we were assigned the room. Finally no discount or future credit for the discomfort was offered. The staff were polite but didn’t seem inclined to solve the issue."

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."
