"We chose this hotel over options closer to Times Square specifically because it advertised a pool for our kids. Unfortunately, at check-in we were informed that children are not allowed to use the pool after 12 PM. Had we known this in advance, we would have booked elsewhere, as the pool was one of the main reasons we selected this property. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a “River View” room. "Ideal location to easily access NYC via Ferry. The ferry departs directly outside the hotel. Some nice coffee shops, restaurants and a Whole Foods in walking proximity to the hotel. Amenities include a decent Gym with dumbbells, treadmills and a cable machine. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great boutique hotel in Chelsea. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, stylish and well appointed. Breakfast and hot drinks in lobby area. Hot drinks available 24hrs. Organised an airport transfer early hours, on time and professional outfit. Worth the prices. Will definitely be back to stay."
