"I was so disappointed that the fridge was full and if I wanted an empty one ,I had to call to get a new one which ment it would not be cold for some time. Other than that what a great hotel and staff."

"We stayed 1 night at Arlo passing through on our way to South Carolina and all I can say is we wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was amazing from the roof top bar to the care from all the staff. We will definitely be returning to Arlo for a longer stay soon."

"No guaranteed parking, but the room, staff and breakfast were all great!! There is a valet service on site, but it's not run by the hotel. There were no spots available when we checked in and were told to use Spot Hero or just drive around until we find street parking. That is not what I expected at all!
