There were no spots available when we checked in and were told to use Spot Hero or just drive around until we find street parking. That is not what I expected at all! "I was so disappointed that the fridge was full and if I wanted an empty one ,I had to call to get a new one which ment it would not be cold for some time. Other than that what a great hotel and staff."

"There was zero maid service over 4 days and 3 nights. No replacement of coffee supplies, no new towels, no sheet change, etc. Breakfast was too expensive. I liked receiving a bag of bottled water and snacks on check in. Great location in DC."
